How do I sign up?

You can apply for Captains Club membership by visiting roadchef.com/captains-club-apply . Once you have submitted your application, this goes to the coach operator in which you're employed by for verification. Once verified, you will receive login details for the Captains Club app via email.

Who do I contact to discuss a query relating to the Captains Club?

How do I exchange my points for Love2Shop vouchers?

To exchange your points for Love2Shop vouchers you need to visit the 'voucher' section of the Captains Club app. Then select 'buy vouchers' and select the value of Love2Shop voucher you wish to redeem. Please note that Love2Shop vouchers can take up to 30 days to process.

What is my Affiliate ID?

To obtain the Affiliate ID please email coachsupport@roadchef.com.

My password is not working / I have forgotten my password?

Please use the 'forgotten password' link within the app in order to send a new password to your email address. Please ensure that there are no spaces in the password you are trying to enter, especially if you have copy and pasted from the forgotten password link. If you have further issues, please contact coachsupport@roadchef.com

I haven't received my reset password link

If you haven't received your reset password email please ensure that you check your spam/junk inbox as the email can be diverted here. The email will come from no-reply@upay.co.uk

How do I close my account?
