What facilities are open throughout the night?

Our WHSmith stores are open 24/7 and our McDonald's restaurants are open 24/7 at select locations.

Our site teams will be happy to advise you on any product information when visiting any of our units.

Can I swap or return something I bought in a Roadchef site at a different Roadchef location?

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

We have WIFI networks that are available to our customers in all locations.

Where can I find out more information about Days Inn hotels?

Details of our Hotels can be found on our Roadchef Website where there is a direct link to book online.

What are your Hotel check-in and check-out times?

Check is from 3pm and Checkout is by 11am.

Do I have to book showers?

No booking is required, however, we operate a queuing system for busier times.

How do I make a complaint?

What are Roadchef’s parking charges?

What restrictions are there for HGVs?

Our HGV parks are limited by the number of spaces available. You can find the total number of HGV spaces available on our location pages, however, we cannot guarantee how many spaces will be occupied.

How can I pay for my parking?

You can pay for your parking at any WHsmiths till points or you can Pay by Phone, please refer to our signage which is situated in all our car parking facilities.

Is it possible to pay in advance for parking?

We currently do not offer this facility. All roadchef locations offer up to 2 hours free parking and payment for any additional paying can be purchased from any WHsmiths till points or Pay by phone.

In the event that I break down on site, who should I Inform?

Please speak to the Duty Manager who will be able to assist you and prevent you from exceeding the two hour parking limit.

Can I bring my dog into the service area?

At Roadchef, we want you and your family to enjoy a relaxing rest break, in a comfortable environment and this extends to those that travel with their four legged friends. Many of our services have extensive outdoor areas that are suitable for exercising your dog and if you are travelling alone or with children you can bring your dog into the building so that you are able to use our toilet facilities. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets, with the exception of Guide Dogs, in our catering outlets but we do have outdoor seating that can be used throughout your stop. For the safety of both our customers and your pets, please ensure that they remain on a lead at all times.

Do you have disabled bays for HGV's?

We do not currently have disabled bays for HGV’s however if you have are a blue badge HGV driver that needs to park near the main building please do park in a coach bay or if they call the duty manager when you arrive who will try to help with assistance.
