One of the nation’s leading motorway service area (MSA) operators, Roadchef, has updated the Costa Coffee store at its Tibshelf site introducing new features making it a convenient place to grab and go as well as the perfect spot to relax and rest.
New self-order kiosks and a Costa Express zone at Tibshelf southbound are designed to offer convenience and speed for drivers stopping at the site. Additionally, the new seating layout gives plenty of space to relax, with visitors able to choose from high back armchairs, banquette seating or high table areas. Furthermore, the new developments also feature work zones, which are ideal for those travelling for business or working remotely.
Howard Lockwood, Catering & Brand Development Director at Roadchef commented on the Costa Coffee developments: “We pride ourselves on offering a relaxing and convenient place to stop and we’re constantly looking at how we can improve the experience for anyone visiting a Roadchef site. Costa Coffee is a popular brand loved and trusted by our customers for its delicious drinks as well as its tempting food options. That's why we are so excited to have developed this area to include different seating options and ways of purchase, which we're confident will align perfectly with what our customers are looking for.”
Roadchef’s Tibshelf Site Director, Rob Allen, added: “The new features available at Costa Coffee mean that our customers now have more options than ever before when it comes to enjoying the food and drink available from the store. Whether they’re looking for speed, comfort, or a place to work, the new Costa Coffee at Tibshelf has it all.”
A Costa Coffee spokesperson, said: “We are delighted to have reopened our new look Costa Coffee store and are pleased to once again be welcoming customers through the doors, so they can pick-up their favourite cup of crafted Costa coffee while on-the-go or simply take some time out of their busy day to relax in a welcoming environment.”
The revamp will be complemented by a new concourse route which will take visitors directly past the expanded Costa Coffee area on entrance, ensuring they are welcomed by the nation's favourite Coffee Shop upon arrival.
