For three years in a row, Roadchef was recognised by Transport Focus as the best of the big MSA operators in the country and our Norton Canes service area, on the M6 Toll, was voted as number one by our customers in 2018 and 2019.
Transport Focus is the UK government’s independent transport user watchdog and their customer research is used to rank all MSA’s in England. Their research has also identified a fantastic customer satisfaction rating of 95% for Roadchef, as well as a significant improvement in mood, with customers arriving feeling stressed and tired and leaving our service areas feeling much happier and relaxed, demonstrating our commitment to de-stress and delight.
As a business, we’re always listening to our customers and this extends beyond market research. Our “Tell Roadchef” programme provides real-time feedback from customers across social media, online reviews and surveys, meaning that customers can get in touch with us in whichever way they prefer. This ensures that issues can be quickly rectified and outstanding service from our team members can be recognised immediately. We also work closely with our brand partners to ensure we fully utilise their own feedback systems, ensuring we maintain consistent standards of service, quality and customer satisfaction.
